I've got a couple of medical appointments coming up next week. It's around 120 km drive each way. Wouldn't you know it, yesterday afternoon I started getting TPMS warnings about low tire pressure. I didn't want to risk getting stuck on the road so I took the car in. A couple of issues were identified including the TPMS system reporting the wrong location. All is well now. Thanks Corey and Natasha. Besides doing a great job at their job as usual, they held the door for me. I'm using a rollator to get around these days. It's much easier if someone holds the door open.

I am from the Niagara Falls area. Natasha, Corey as well as the rest of the crew was an amazing help. I bought a truck as is online and LaSalle auto was the first shop to be open and honestly communicated their schedule and gave me a solid day that I’d be able to pick up my truck. Video before and after of all parts and services recommended direct to our email for review. The team was excellent to deal with from the first phone call inquiring about an estimate, to scheduling an appointment and service. Each step of the way the team kept me informed and communicated consistently. The staff here is so friendly and willing to help with whatever they can. After completion of my service, they even handled a rebate situation, with emails being responded to in less than an hour. When we picked up my vehicle, the staff ensured to go over each step and explain the processes. I cannot express my appreciation and how impressed I am with Lasalle Auto enough. I trust my #pink beetle will be treated well by these guys. I brought my car, with stalling issues. It was Not fixed the first or second time I was there. I have a special edition, which makes things difficult. They kept at it, the owner Corey even took my car home and back several times to see how it was running. These guys are special. They deserve your business, they do things right, and admit mistakes. If that isn’t a good shop, I don’t know what is. Thanks very much for everything. I hope my next visit is more maintenance than problematic. ❤️. You guys are the best. Reception is amazing too. You always get a real human being who happens to be the nicest, and most empathetic person going. That is appreciated. Great guys, very honest, I take my vehicles there and they give you their very best honest opinion. I even too my truck there when it still under warranty. I had it at fords they replaced whole air condition system, 6 months later no cold air. LaSalle just said it had less than half the amount of coolant. They replaced it made sure no leaks and it was perfect again. I hate wasting time at dealerships, I would rather take it to Corey,Rick and the boys at LaSalle and get the truthful answer.
